Prospective Members Must:

Have a basic knowledge of the USGA Rules of Golf
Know Golf Etiquette, and
Pace of Play (finish 9 holes in under 2 hrs 15 minutes)

Membership Level Descriptions

Full Membership – $81

Receive GHIN Handicap through the NCGA
Receive all NCGA benefits
May participate in all club social functions
Full participation in Sweeps January through November
Eligible for weekly sweeps prizes, FROG, EC, Tournament, Special Events and year end awards
Voting privileges
May become a Board Member to help direct the club and it’s activities
Must have an 18-hole USGA Handicap Index of 54 or less

Associate Membership – $71

6-month only path to full membership.
Requires Board Approval
Receive GHIN Handicap through the NCGA with full NCGA benefits
Must have scorecard attested by a Full Member and must post scores to GHIN
May participate in all club social functions
No Sweeps, EC, FROG or Tournaments. Special Events at the discretion of the Membership Director.
Sign-ups for Tuesday play must be made by a Full Member through Sign Up Genius and limited to the last tee time if space is available.
No voting privileges
Can not serve on the board

Maintenance Membership – $66

Reserved for prior full members to maintain their GHIN during member or family medical leave or temporary absence from the club.
Requires Board Approval
No Sweeps, EC, FROG, Special Events or Tournaments
Full social privileges
Full GHIN and NCGA Benefits

Honorary Membership – $0

Reserved for prior loyal members of the club that do not wish to play anymore but want to stay connected. Requires Board Approval. No sweeps, EC, FROG, Special Events or Tournaments. Full Social Privileges. May serve on an appointed committee. No NCGA Benefits.

Membership Dues

The NCGA is a calendar year membership; January 1 to December 31st. Members who join during the last three months of the year must renew and pay the $46 NCGA fee again on January 1st. For this reason, membership is closed to new members during the last three months of the year. New members are encouraged to join starting on January 1st.

All NCGA Clubs are required to use Member Planet; a member management program. All BO9ers club members have an individual account on Member Planet where they can manage all their NCGA clubs in one place. Members are encouraged to update their personal information and make changes to email address, phone numbers, etc., as Member Planet is the main source of communication to members. Members are not required to add social media links or provide other background information.
